Damaged Devices
After you realized that your device is damaged and you cannot figure out a solution, you want to take it to us. Give us a call in advance if possible. No Appointment needed for mostly all devices. If liquid spill ocur do not turn your computer/device on.
Take it to us / Check-In
When you come to our shop, we will start working in your device in the next 30 minutes. No Rush Fee will be collected. If you want to double rush it let us know. If a liquid spill happend we will be working in your computer as soon as you leave out from our door. Cell Phones may take only 30 minutes to get it fixed.
Repair Process
Quick Fixing will be finished the same day. In general we require 24 hours to complete our diagnostic or potencially fixing your device. If we need to order some part for your device, we will need to wait until part arrive to continue the job.
Ready to Pickup
Even though when we stablish a specific time to complete our job, it may take a lot of less time, and you may not be surpriced if we call you in a couple of hours for you to pickup your device.

Ed is the man! He did a great job replacing my battery for a mid 2014 Macbook Pro. I had the battery for months since I realized how hard it would be replace it myself. Finally I went to Ed, since hes in the neighborhood and he gave me a very reasonable price for the labor on a job that is pretty hard.
